Fit. Not. Ripped. was born from a real, lived journey — not a highlight reel. After losing over 100 pounds and rebuilding her life from the inside out, founder Katie discovered that true health and wellness aren’t about chasing perfection or six-pack abs — it’s about strength, confidence, healing, and showing up for yourself every day.
What started as a personal transformation grew into a mission: to create a space where real people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey — without shame, extremes, or comparison.
Fit. Not. Ripped. is for the ones choosing progress over perfection, consistency over quick fixes, and self-respect over punishment.
This is more than just personal training. This is freedom, balance, and a life you feel strong living in.

Katie Myers-Ciapura is a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and educator with a Master’s in Education — and the heart behind Fit. Not. Ripped. After losing more than 100 pounds and maintaining that transformation, she made it her mission to help others achieve health and wellness by building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking. With over 18 years in education and a background in coaching and aquatics, Katie combines science-based strategy, real-life experience, and deep empathy to support people at every stage of their journey. Her approach is simple: progress over perfection, consistency over quick fixes, and strength that carries into everyday life.
