How do you understand what I’m going through? I understand because I’ve been there myself. Several years ago, I began my own health and wellness journey and lost over 100 pounds. Even more importantly, I’ve maintained that weight loss for over two years by building sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and mindset. Through that process, I learned that lasting change isn’t about extreme diets or punishing workouts. It’s about creating habits that fit into real life. As a long-time educator and coach, I combine my personal experience with my teaching background to help others build practical wellness habits that actually last. My goal is to support you, encourage you, and help you develop a healthier lifestyle that works for your life. Why should I work with you? After signing up, you’ll receive a short intake questionnaire about your goals, lifestyle, and current habits. I use this information to create your personalized plan. From there, we work together over the next 8 weeks to build sustainable habits through coaching, guidance, and accountability. Do I need to be a member of a gym to participate? No! My coaching focuses on building sustainable wellness habits. Movement plans can include walking, home workouts, swimming, or gym workouts depending on what works best for you. Is this personal training? No. My coaching focuses on mindset, nutrition, and movement guidance, helping you build habits that support long-term wellness. I do not provide in-person personal training. Do you create personalized plans? Yes. Your nutrition and movement recommendations are based on your goals, experience level, and lifestyle so they are realistic and sustainable. How will we communicate during the program? Communication depends on the program you choose. Premium coaching includes weekly Google Meet sessions. Digital and nutrition coaching include email or text check-ins and support. What if I miss a week or get busy? Life happens! The goal of this program is to build habits that work with your real life. If you miss a week, we simply pick up where you left off and adjust as needed. Who is this coaching best for?
